Snap-action switch S970 – Compact microswitch for safety applications in aggressive environments

Changeover contact with self-cleaning contacts and positive opening. Resistant PEI housing against extreme temperatures and aggressive chemicals.

The S970 snap-action switch is identical in design to the S870, but has a polyetherimide (PEI) housing. This microswitch can therefore be used in a temperature range from –55° to +150° Celsius. It is resistant to aggressive chemicals and sealed against powder dust. The housing of the S970 is fifty per cent more shock-resistant than the polycarbonate housing of the S870.
